A Medical Permission Form for the 2012-2013 school year must be on file to participate in all Youth Group activities. In addition, we need the photo/video permission form filled out as well. For your convenience we have provided the forms, in PDF format. If you require one, please download it, print it, fill it out, and bring it to the school office or give to us at the next event.

Volunteer OpportunitiesOn various evenings throughout the year, there may be events at the church where childcare is needed. The church is also looking for teens to run the projector once a month at mass. If you are interested in volunteering, please let us know via email or the form below. This is a great way to fulfill your service hours needed for school! |
Confirmation – RefreshmentsMonday, May 13th We need members of the youth group to volunteer to help serve refreshments after the Confirmation. We will need to get there during the mass to setup. We will serve refreshments after mass and clean-up. This is a great event to help promote the youth group! If you will be in the group next year, this is a perfect opportunity to help recruit new members for next year! This event is now complete. |
Clean SweepSaturday, May 18th 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM Minimum: 3 Meet in South Public Landing Parking Lot Must sign-up for this event via the form below, text message to Stephen’s phone (phone number is located in newsletter) – make sure you way who you are, email or voice message by Wednesday, May 15th. We need to give our number to the coordinator of this event so that she can plan accordingly. Please make sure you have a medical form on file with us! Since we will be cleaning/planting in the downtown area of Lockport, we recommend that all participants of this event wear long pants and shoes that may get dirty. We will bring work gloves for this event. Sign-up for this event is now closed.
