What Saint Dennis School Parents are Saying
The following comments were taken from a parent survey that was conducted in
June of 2007:
†
St. Dennis is the best place to know, learn and experience Jesus and his love
through others on an everyday basis.
†
I like knowing that the teachers are instilling the values that are important to
our family. The community at St. Dennis complements the education that we try to
provide at home.
†
I like the small community feeling. I can drop off the kids and know they are
getting personal attention. It's nice to know the families and who the kids are
socializing with. It's nice to know that the teachers are at the school because
they want to be.
†
I like the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd
program. I feel that it is the absolute BEST religious program that is offered
to children.
†
The close family atmosphere. The caring teachers and loving families. Mrs. Smith
is a wonderful addition to this school. She truly makes a difference. She cares
for each child and shows her dedication to make St. Dennis constantly improve.
†
I like the student-teacher ratio and the individualized attention my child
receives at St. Dennis. In addition, I appreciate the support of the St. Dennis
community, including parents, staff, and other children. Finally, there are
certain staff members, such as Mrs. Johnson, who give so much time and effort to
the students that I really believe it makes a difference in my child's life.
†
I love the ELC, the development of Catechesis of the
Good Shepherd program and I love the parents. They are cooperative,
committed, and want the best for all of the St. Dennis family.
†
Our school is a community of Christians whom gather with Jesus first in their
minds. Our children have a great environment to grow and learn that Jesus is
first.
†
The children pray and discuss God in all subjects, not just Religion.
†
I know I can come into the school at anytime and I am welcomed.
†
The enriching friendships that my family has made by getting to know the people
in our children's classes. We first met and started these friendships through
the volunteer work that we did at the school. The friendships took over and have
continued throughout all of these years. We see them at church and at other
social functions.
†
We love seeing our friends at church and are often still chatting as the next
mass is being prepared. Even though some of our children are in high school,
these friendships still continue and that speaks volumes.
†
I like the small school atmosphere, the high academic level and the caring
staff.
