Regular attendance 3-4 times a month at Sat./Sunday Liturgy and a suggested weekly
minimum of $28 (1 child), $32 (2 children), $35 (3 or more children) contribution through auto
debit is required to maintain parishioner status.
Kindergarten Only—Alternative Schedule
Monday/Wednesday/Friday (8:15am—11:15am)
Tuesday/Thursday (8:15am—2:45pm)
Parishioner Rate $2,900 (No older siblings)
Non-Parishioner Rate $4,800 (No older siblings)

STUDENT FEE: $125 PER STUDENT
TECHNOLOGY FEE: $85/per student (1-8) $50/per student (K)
PRESCHOOL
Morning Preschool Classes-8:15-11:00am
■ Session 1: Mon., Wed., & Fri.- $1,800 per year
■ Session 2: Tues. & Thurs. - $1,300 per year
Afternoon Preschool Class-12:00-2:45pm
■ Session 3: Mon., Wed., & Fri. - $1,800 per year
■ Session 4: Tues. & Thurs. - $1,300 per year
Child Care Services includes Preschool—full day or half day options
$125 is due at the time of registration. Once placed on a class list, this $125 will be applied to one Student
Fee (Gr. K-8). For Preschool students only (no siblings in K-8), it will be applied to your child's tuition.
Should a family decide not to return to/enroll at St. Dennis, this non-refundable fee will be considered a
contribution to the St. Dennis Endowment Fund.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR 2009-2010
Family Registration Fee (Preschool-8)
■ $125 is due at the time of registration
■ For K-8 students the fee is applied to one student fee
■ For Preschool students the fee is applied to preschool tuition
Tuition Payments
■ One Payment Plan: Single payment is due on or before August 6, 2009 (Back to School Preview Day)
■ Two Payment Plan: 1st Payment is due on or before August 6, 2009 (Back to School Preview Day)
2nd Payment is due on or before November 15, 2009
■ F.A.C.T.S: ($38 fee per family) Monthly Payments made through an automatic withdrawal from a bank
account and budgeted over 11 months beginning in July 2009 and ending in May 2010. Payments can be
debited on either the 5th or 20th of the month. A F.A.C.T.S. Automatic Tuition Payment Agreement form
must be completed.
Child Care Services are pre-billed monthly. Payments for Aug./Sept. are due on or before August 6, 2009
The F.A.C.T.S. Payment Plan cannot be used for Child Care Services.

All unpaid technology fees will result in student(s) being withheld from computer privileges
Mini Raffle-(K-8 families) $150 due on or before Sept. 1, 2009
Extended Care Hours: Monday-Friday
■ Before School Hours: 7:00am-8:00am
■ After School Hours: 2:45pm-6:00pm
Extended Care Rates:
Rates apply to children who regularly are scheduled to attend Extended Care.
■ $6.30 per hour for the first child
■ $3.80 per hour for each additional child in the family
Drop in rate:
Rates apply to all children who utilize Extended Care Services who are not on a regular schedule.
■ $6.80 per hour for the first child
■ $3.80 per hour for each additional child in the family
Extended Care hours are billed in half- hour increments
Parent Hours (K-8 students only)
Rates apply to all children who utilize Extended Care Services who are not on a regular schedule.
■ Hours are required for each family
■ $350 deposit for family hours due on or before August 6, 2009 (Back to School Preview Day) which will be fully refunded upon completion of 35 family hours
■ Buyout and number of hours will be published in February/March
ALL PAYMENTS ONE MONTH PAST DUE WILL BE ASSESSED A LATE FEE OF $25
